Recipes for Children

Some of my fondest childhood memories are times I spent in the kitchen with my mother. Often it was those times that we learned the most about each other. As I grew older she let me bake by myself. I feel that experience taught me the value of trial and error and built patience. I also learned to laugh at my mistakes. (Just ask my mom about the giant cookie!) I think kids can really learn by cooking in the kitchen and the recipes I made with my mom are now family heirlooms that I'm passing to my children. I hope you enjoy using these recipes to build lasting memories with your children.
I look forward to E-mails and encourage your comments or stories.
