I am a huge fan of Playmobil USA and they have so many products that inspire the imagination. They also have one particular item that inspires family togetherness, good sportsmanship, and team play.
Take Along Soccer Match
The suggested age is 5-10 but my teen grandson and his younger brother enjoy playing this game together.
Not so surprisingly, my grand-daughter also enjoys playing this and two to four players can easily have a good time creating their own soccer game.
My favorite part is the fun they have playing it and also that it folds up and stores or can travel along with them to play where ever they take it.
Setting it up was fun and easy. That is a big plus when I had three grand kids wanting to get in there and play soccer! (We did play a couple of games first though before putting on the great stickers for the side of the stadium.)
This is a nice sized game with the size of playing field as 84 x 56 x 10cm (LxWxH) and it comes with, 4 soccer players, 2 goalies and two balls of course.
As always, Playmobil is right in there with the details and they included gloves for the goalies and stands for the field players so that kick to the goal can be perfect.
The soccer field also has a soft ‘felt like’ texture to give it the feel of a real soccer field. It is sturdy and quality made and will be around a long time.
This is also a great toy for children Mr. L’s age because I could tell he was going to have a great time playing with it by himself and just letting that imagination soar.
During the game we worked on sharing skills as Mr. L was so impressed with this toy that he wanted to play with it by himself and not share with his siblings. This game also allowed us to work on good sportsmanship.
Oh No! Miss B blocked Mr. L’s goal!
Last but not least the thrill of victory was also experienced by playing with this game.
I was truly impressed with this Take Along Soccer Match and enjoyed seeing the grand kids play together and have such a fun time!
Christmas is coming and this would be great as a gift or good to have on hands for those days right before Christmas when the kids are anticipating getting toys but declaring they are bored.

Ohh this one is super cool; we love Playmobil, too and my boys had theri eye on this soccer set since we left germany this summer; they thought it was the coolest thing; glad to see it really is cool and needs to go on our Christmas wish list :0)what a fun review; thanks for sharing
It looks like it would be a great thing to take on the road. Perhaps best to use in a motel as it looks like it may be difficult to play with in the car.
My kids always loved these type of toys. They would probably still enjoy them now.
