Let’s begin with a quiz! What is the difference between Perfume and Parfume?
A. Parfume is an inexpensive version of perfume.
B. Parfum is the French term for perfume. There is no difference between the two. Either word can be used.
If your answer was letter ‘B’then you are correct. There is virtually no difference between perfume and parfum. Perfume, or parfum, contains the highest concentration of oils (between 20 percent and 40 percent) so they linger longer on the body, and require you to apply less.
