Here is a design I created for Halloween parties. Each cat holds a party candy or favors for the guest to take home.

Supply List
• Toilet Paper rolls
• Black Felt or construction paper (or colors of your choice)
• One cat takes ½ piece of felt
• Glitter glue pens
• Scissors
• Tissue paper or colored plastic wrap (colors of your choice.)
• Black pipe cleaners (or colors of your choice)
• Glue
• Black pipe cleaners (or colors of your choice)
• Candy or party favors small enough to fit in tube.
• Thin gift ribbon(the kind you can curl with scissors) or yarn
• My template or draw your own

Cut out cat template on construction paper or felt
Draw cat face and outline cat legs with glitter glue.

Wrap empty toilet paper roll in black felt or construction paper.

Glue in place.

Glue face and feet onto cardboard tube.

Poke a hole in back of cat where tail would go. Cut pipe cleaner in half and insert I curved my tail.

Insert plastic wrap or tissue paper in cat. Fill with candy or party favor(s) to top of tube. You can fill your tissue paper before putting it in the cat but make sure you don't put too in too much.

Tie bag with ribbon and curl ends (or tie with yarn)
Trim the top of the paper to the height that looks best. You can trim it below the cat's head or make it as tall or taller than the head.

Place a cat at each plate.

You are ready for a Purrrfect party!
