This is a nice treat idea to hand out to children for Trick or Treat Night. My children use to enjoy the preparing of each treat.
Here is what you will need:
Tootsie Roll Pops
Kleenex
Thread
Markers
Messages (optional)
Take the Tootsie Roll Pop and cover it with a Kleenex.
Tie it with a thread where the stick and sucker meet.
Draw face on the Kleenex now covering the Tootsie Roll pop.
The message can vary from "Boo", Happy Halloween, Happy Samhain, or for those that prefer scripture use Isaiah 41:10
Staple the paper, the message is written, on to the Kleenex.
